Last rays of light

I tried to catch you before the night arrived,

when the last sun of this cold summer ran away

but I couldn't grip your light and you escaped like water falling between my fingers

Will you look back?

I could wait an eternity

But there is no use, this toy is already broken

You were playing with my body...

as the waves cherish the shore...

but my body was made of sand...

And after you there is nothing left...

just some empty shells, souvenirs from all those little pains...

and a tiny marble heart

Sail back to me...

In the middle of nowhere...

counting the waves from the other side of the sea...

I know that no one will remember my story...

after I'm blown away like the scent of the roses following the breeze...

don't be afraid and get lost in my forest...
